I am afraid of viruses. How can you prove your program is virus free?
A: Here is a virustotal check of the unprotected version of the program. However, some antiviruses can detect the program as malicious indeed. This is because of the program protected with special software, which antiviruses may not like. Please don't worry, it's false positive, so just add the program to whitelist. 1. Make sure that board and pieces are similar to those on the screenshots: http://chess-bot.com/websites/SupportedWebsites.html 2. Use Chrome browser only. 3. Make sure that your display configuration is default: how to check it? 4. Make sure that your browser's zoom (scaling) is set to default (100%)on the page with the game: how to check it? 5. On Windows - right-click on desktop -> Display settings -> set the size of text, apps and other items back to 100% (the slider). Restart Windows after that. 6. If nothing help, please contact support.
Q: I've done everything that described in the instruction and FAQ, but the program still doesn't work! A: Please contact us, provide screenshots (the whole screen is preferred) with chessboard (starting position) and settings of your chess bot. Also, we can check your setup via remote desktop software.
